The Clwb Arol Ysgol (After School Club) operates in the Foundation Phase Hall and is available at the end of the school day from Monday-Thursday, 3:20pm-5:15pm. 

The Club is run by School Staff, so please be considerate and collect your child on time.

Booking

Each session needs to be booked beforehand via iPay so that we can ensure we have the correct staff to child ratio in place.  You must book 24 hours before, the staff in the ASC send the list to all staff the day before to ensure teachers know which children are booked in. If you have an emergency and need to book on the day, please speak to the school office, we will get a message down to your child's class teacher. If your child is booked in, but doesn’t turn up, we will call you. Please ensure you are not booking in for sessions that aren’t being used though.

Sessions are charged at £7.00 per session per child. If you have more than one child attending in your family, you are able to receive a concession rate of £6 per child. As the drive is a lot less busy after school, you are able to use the drive and park in the carpark when collecting your child.
