Step 1: Download the SeeSaw app

The SeeSaw app is available on iOS and Android devices or on the web at app.seesaw.me

Step 2: Scan the QR invite code given to you by the class teacher

During the first two weeks of school your child will bring home a Seesaw invite QR code. Use your devices camera or the camera in the SeeSaw app to scan this and once connected you will be prompted to sign in or create an account.

Step 3: Access the 'messages' section to view any communication 

Your child's teacher will post general messages to all parents as an 'announcement' message. These messages can be seen by all parents. You can respond to these announcements in the message thread but these will also be visible to all parents of the class. If you would like to send a private message to the teacher, please follow step 4 below.

Step 4: Request the teacher to send you a private message

You will be unable to contact the class teacher privately until they initiate contact via a private message thread on SeeSaw. Request this on the 'announcement' thread and the teacher will set this up. 

Step 5: Please communicate any non urgent messages through SeeSaw

If you want to let us know something urgently please phone the school office. teachers do not check SeeSaw during the school day as they are busy teaching and your message may be missed. Please note: teachers will not reply to messages late in the evening or during weekends/holidays. We would politely ask that parents don't bombard teachers with messages.
